Connect CDC SQData

The Db2/z Log Reader Capture is multi-threaded and comprised of three components within the SQDDb2C module; the Log Reader based Capture agent and the CDCStore multi-platform transient Storage Manager and Publisher. The Storage Manager and Publisher together maintain both transient storage and UOW integrity. Only Committed Units-of-Work are sent by the Publisher to Engines via TCP/IP.
