This function has no parameters.
Example
Obtain the current date and time in YYYY-MM-DD-HH.MM.SS format and map the result to target field TGT_DATETIME. Assume that the current date is January 4th, 2000 and the current time is 10:30am.
TGT_DATETIME = DATETIME()
Returns the value 2000-01-04-10.30.32
