An overview of Active/Active Replication is provided in the Change Data Capture Guide. Implementing such a configuration for IMS is a two step process:
1.Creation of Capture and Apply configurations on each of the systems.
2.The addition of the --exclude-program parameter with the value SQDATA in the Publisher CAB files on each system where IMS Engine will perform updates:
add --active | --inactive --key=<DBD_NAME>
--exclude-program=SQDATA
--datastore=cdc:////<engine_agent_alias>
<cab_file_name>
