Connect CDC SQData

A Signal error indicates that an internal error has occurred within the Connect CDC SQData. Signal errors are accompanied by a return code of 16. Each signal error is accompanied by a list of values that are used for diagnostic purposes by Precisely support personnel.

Note Signal 17 is not an issue. It is a normal termination
