Connect CDC SQData

The Controller Daemon plays a special role on platforms running Data Capture Agents, authenticating incoming connection requests from Engines and Utilities usually running on other platforms, and transferring the opened socket to the requested Capture/Publisher. The Authorized Key File of the Capture Controller Daemon must contain the Public keys of all Engines and Utilities that will request connections to Captures/Publishers managed by the Daemon.

Configuration of the Capture  Controller Daemon involves the creation and maintenance of several directories and files:

•z/OS zFS Directory Structure

•Distributed Platform Directory Structure

•Public / Private keys

•Authorized Key List File

•Access Control List File

•Agent Configuration File
