The Daemon Detail panel allows you to change Daemon settings, perform inventory and reload functions as well as edit the Registered Agents File, the Access Control List file and generate runtime JCL.

Edit Fields as Required
Name ==> SQDAEMON Symbolic Name for Daemon
Directory ==> /home/sqdata/test Local Daemons Only
Host Name ==> ZOS21
Port Number ==> 2626 Port Daemon Listening On
ENTER --> Save END --> Save and Exit CANCEL --> Exit without Saving |
Review the contents of the two files. Type 1 to edit sqdagents.cfg and 2 to edit acl.cfg.
Note, after making changes to either file you must use option R to Reload the configuration before the changes will take effect.
